CargoPro offers a range of services aimed at optimizing logistics and fleet management, including but not limited to:

• Freight Sourcing and Reverse Auction: Save time and cost by getting the best transporters automatically.
• Real-Time Tracking with SIM: Know exactly where your vehicles are. No more follow-up calls to drivers or vendors.
• Digital Proof of Delivery (POD): Instantly get POD updates. No delays, no lost paperwork, and full accountability.
• Route Optimization: Cut fuel, reduce time. Helps meet delivery deadlines efficiently.
• Freight Invoice & Auditing: Transporters submit digital invoices. You audit everything in one place, paper-free.
• Advanced Analytics Dashboard: Track performance, cost trends, and delivery metrics. Make better decisions faster.
• Delivery & Last-Mile Management: Clear visibility until final delivery. Fewer errors, better customer experience.

• Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information while using the platform.
• Proper Use: Users must not misuse the platform for illegal activities. This includes activities such as fraudulent transactions or attempt to breach the system's security.
• Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to transportation, including obtaining necessary permits and licenses.

All content on the CargoPro platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of CargoPro and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

Users are responsible for maintaining records of all transactions on the platform. CargoPro may request copies of transaction records for compliance and audit purposes. All payments are processed through secure channels, and users agree to the platform's payment terms.

Any dispute arising from the use of CargoPro’s platform will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as per the governing laws of the jurisdiction in which CargoPro operates. By using the platform, users agree to resolve disputes in this manner.

CargoPro is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. This includes damages to your devices, loss of data, or financial loss.

CargoPro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

CargoPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate the terms outlined in this document. Termination may occur without notice if there is a breach of the Terms and Conditions.
